وتحدد بموجبه النشاط الرئيسي للشركة فى العمل في مجالات السياحة الداخلية والخارجية وتنظيم برامج العمرة والحج وإصدار تذاكر الطيران وتنظيم المؤتمرات وحجز الفنادق والقرى السياحية داخليا وخارجيا .
وتقوم الشركة بموجب القانون ب:
استجلاب السائحن لجمهورية مصر العربية من كافة بلدان العالم لكافة انواع السياحة المصرح بها:
السياحة الثقافية والترفيهية / السياحة العلاجية / سياحة السفارى والمخيمات / سياحة الغوص / سياحة المغامرات / السياحة البيئية / سياحة الحج المقدس طبقا لمسار رحلة العائلة المقدسة / سياحة الصيد ومتابعة هجرة الطيور / سياحة الدراجات .
تنظيم رحلات الحج والعمرة علي مدار السنة لمختلف المستويات.
تنظيم الرحلات الداخلية والخارجية للأفراد والمجموعات.
تأكيد وحجز الفنادق المحلية والدولية لمختلف العواصم العالمية.
تأكيد وحجز النايل كروز بين الأقصر وأسوان وكذلك كروز بحيرة ناصر.
حجز وإصدار جميع تذاكر الطيران والبواخر من والي مختلف عواصم العالم.
تنظيم المؤتمرات والحداث الرياضية واللقاءات المحلية والدولية.
